Booking and Cancellation Policy:

One-night deposit is compulsory to secure any room booking.
The whole stay has to be paid before August 10.
Name changes are possible until September 4.
Partial cancellations are possible up to August 10 and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. A partial cancellation cannot exceed 30% of the initial booking. Thereafter, no cancellation is allowed.
Total cancellations are possible until 60 days before the congress and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
