Call for Abstract

Submit your abstract to take part in the associate faculty program.

The ideal length of your text cannot exceed 300 words. Your article must be written in English.
We will get back to you with a final answer by the end of July 2020. 

Deadline: July 15, 2020

Abstract submission: how does it work?
Step 1: connect on our automatic platform
Step 2: create an account
Step 3: submit your abstract (300 words maximum) in English
Step 4: wait for the approval.

If you are selected, you will present your communication on Wednesday September 16.

The best presenters will then present their communication in the main session in the relevant session. Please keep in mind you are submitting your abstract for a specific session (SFA, BTK, Abdominal arch, Imaging, Carotid, Venous or Thoracic aorta).

You will then receive all needed instructions (format, schedule for presentation, etc.).

1st rank: The congress will cover your registration fee, transport and accommodation for i-MEET 2020

2nd rank: The congress will cover your registration fee for i-MEET 2020


The selected abstracts will first be presented on Wednesday afternoon in Nice. Then, our jury will vote for the best abstracts to be presented in the plenary room within the corresponding session. Abstracts must be submitted in English. Only previously unpublished abstracts will be considered. There is no limit to the number of abstracts/posters a person may submit. Abstracts should not contain logos, brand or device names. All industry affiliations should be fully disclosed. Unsuccessful submitting authors will be eligible to apply for registrationto apply for registration under the discounted early bird rate. Prizes and free registration are available to the submitting author only and are non-transferable.
